The tropical fruit you can't buy fresh here. Soursop — graviola — tastes like pineapple crossed with cream. We roll a thin sheet of it with a crisp rice-paper wrapper and slice it into bite-size spirals. It snaps first, then goes chewy.
What does soursop taste like?
Creamy and tart at once — somewhere between pineapple, strawberry and banana, with a soft acidity underneath. It is one of the great tropical fruits, and it almost never survives the trip to a U.S. shelf fresh. Dried and rolled, it keeps.
Snap, then melt
Ordinary fruit leather is one note — chewy, and that's it. Here the rice-paper wrapper is rolled through the fruit, so every slice gives you a crisp edge and a soft fruit centre in the same bite.
Three ingredients. That's the whole list.
Soursop (80%), cane sugar, puffed sticky-rice cracker. No artificial colours, no artificial flavours, no fruit concentrate, no syrup.
Made in a family workshop in Đồng Tháp, Vietnam — ISO 22000 · HACCP · HALAL certified.
Straight from the Mekong Delta
Soursop is picked ripe, the pulp scooped out by hand, then slow-dried on bamboo trays — the same way it has been done in Đồng Tháp for generations. No factory line, no shortcuts.
Best with a hot brew
Tea or coffee is the pairing we keep coming back to — the crunch cuts the bitterness. Otherwise: desk drawer, gym bag, lunchbox. Each roll is wrapped on its own, so the bag never goes stale on you.

Questions people ask
What is soursop?
A large green tropical fruit with soft spines and snow-white flesh. Also called graviola, guanábana, or ná Xiêm in Vietnamese.
Is it really just fruit?
Soursop, a little cane sugar, and a puffed-rice cracker. That is the entire ingredient list.
How sweet is it?
Less sweet than the mango — soursop brings its own tartness, and the rice-paper wrapper is unsweetened.
Is it vegan?
Yes — vegan and non-GMO, with no artificial colours or flavours.
How big is one roll?
About 4 cm across — two bites. Each one is individually wrapped inside the bag.
