Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship only within the United States. Orders with delivery addresses outside the U.S. will be canceled and refunded.

 

2. Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed and delivered within 4 to 8 business days, depending on your location. A more precise estimation will be provided at Checkout for your convenience.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact us at support@vietnat.com for an update on the delivery information within 6 hours, which can cause delays in delivering your order.

You'll receive a shipment notification email with the tracking number once the package is shipped out.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the total weight of your order, and the shipping method.
