Half marathon training in July. The powder I used before turned to paste by mile eight. This just stays put and I stopped thinking about it, which is the whole job.
Verified buyerA dry glide stick for thighs, underarms, feet and groin, with zinc ricinoleate to neutralise odour molecules rather than perfume over them.
The problem
Skin rubbing skin under damp fabric breaks the barrier, and that same warm, wet zone is where odour bacteria multiply. One problem, two symptoms.
Thighs stick. The seam starts to burn.
Absorbent powder helps, then cakes and blows about.
Fragrance covers it for an hour, then loses.

Zinc ricinoleate binds odour molecules. Most sticks only absorb sweat.
Melaleuca cajuputi leaf oil reduces odour causing bacteria without stripping the skin.
A stick, not a powder spray. No mess in the gym bag.
The formula
Read the labels of the category leaders and you find starch plus fragrance. Starch keeps you dry. It does nothing to the smell.
Zinc ricinoleate
Binds volatile odour molecules instead of covering them. No antibacterial strip down.
Vietnamese cajuput. Lowers the density of odour causing bacteria.
Tapioca starch · Zea mays starch
Holds the zone dry. The mechanism the whole category is built on. Talc free.
Allantoin · Aloe barbadensis leaf juice
Calms skin that has already been rubbed raw.
Cocos nucifera oil
A small amount, for the glide itself. Less friction, no greasy film.
Where it goes
Thighs
Chub rub and seam burn on long runs, long walks and hot days.
Underarms
Under straps and sleeves, where deodorant stops and rubbing starts.
Feet
Heels, toes and arches inside damp socks. Blisters start as friction.
Groin
Included, not the whole story. The same stick works everywhere else.
How to use
On clean dry skin, swipe twice over each zone before you dress.
After a shower, or at half time on long, hot days.
Wipe the stick after use on feet. External use only.

Half marathon training in July. The powder I used before turned to paste by mile eight. This just stays put and I stopped thinking about it, which is the whole job.
Verified buyerBought it for the fragrance free part. Every other one in the aisle smells like a cheap aftershave and my skin hates all of them. No smell at all here, and none after either.
Verified buyerWorks on the thighs, works under the pack straps. Docking a star because eight weeks is optimistic if you are using it on four zones a day. I get about six.
Verified buyerThe glide is good but the stick is too wide to get into the arch of my foot properly. Fine everywhere else. Support took it back without an argument.
Verified buyerQuestions
It handles odour in the zones it is applied to, including underarms. It is not an antiperspirant, so it will not stop you sweating. If you rely on an antiperspirant, keep using it.
It goes on sheer and dries down. There is a small amount of coconut oil for glide, so give it a moment before you pull tight fabric over it.
There is no synthetic fragrance, no alcohol and no aluminium salt, which covers the three most common irritation complaints in this category. Patch test on the inner arm first if your skin reacts easily.
No. This is a cosmetic comfort stick, not an antifungal and not a medicine. If you have itching, a spreading rash or redness that does not settle, see a doctor.
About eight weeks of daily use.
Wipe the stick after use on feet before moving to another zone. If you would rather not share, the two stick kit exists for exactly this.
That is the case it was built for. On long hot days reapply at the halfway point rather than expecting one morning application to carry the whole day.
It is a solid stick, not a liquid or a gel, so it goes in hand luggage without the liquids bag.
Send it back within 30 days, even mostly used, and we refund the purchase.
