Welcome to VietNat, an online store offering handmade Vietnamese soaps and other handmade products. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

By using this Site or purchasing Products from VietNat, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
3. Products and Orders
a. Handmade Nature of Products
Our soaps and products are handmade in Vietnam. As such, slight variations in color, shape, weight, and scent are natural and expected. These variations do not constitute defects.
b. Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. VietNat reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
c. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. You agree to provide accurate payment information and to pay all applicable taxes, shipping fees, and duties (if any).
d. Risk of Loss
All purchases are shipped from our fulfillment location. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.
4. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
a. Shipping
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays outside our control (e.g., customs, carriers) are not our responsibility.
b. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of soap products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
c. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing period.
5. License and Site Use
VietNat grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Handmade Products: Our soaps are made from natural ingredients. Please read ingredient lists carefully before use. VietNat is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or misuse of products.
Site Use: The Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
VietNat shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VietNat, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or Products, or from your violation of these Terms.
