Refund policy
At VietNat, we want you to love every product you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Incorrect or damaged/ defective goods
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described in your order, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. The refund/ replacement only covers:
- Wrong or incorrect item received
- Missing items or incomplete set
- Product damaged during shipping
How to request:
Email us at support@vietnat.com with:
- Your order number and sales receipt
- Clear photos showing the damaged or incorrect item (taken on a flat surface, with the product tag visible)
Once we confirm the issue, we’ll offer the best solution — either a refund or a replacement.
You do not need to return defective items.
Please note that:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept replacement OR issue refunds for opened or used products unless they are defective or incorrect.
2. Lost or Stolen Goods
- If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us immediately at support@vietnat.com with your order details.
- We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier that are lost or stolen after delivery.
- Issues reported more than 30 days after the carrier marks the order as delivered cannot be resolved.
3. Address Errors
Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund of shipping charges. A reshipping fee may apply
4. Refund timeframe
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Once we issue your refund, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. Refer to the following table for more details.
Credit card - Up to 10 business days
Paypal - 3 to 7 business days
Note: In case the credit has not been posted to your account yet, please contact the card-issuing bank for further assistance.
